We were very happy and satisfied with their service. We placed a service call in the morning and Tony showed up in the afternoon (and in the pouring rain!) They came the next day and repaired our problem. They were experienced, fast and efficient. I highly recommend them!

We recently had our roof replaced by Perfect Choice roofing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was indeed the perfect choice! Huge thanks to Tony and his team for their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care throughout the entire process.

Earlier this winter, we started hearing water dripping from the roof after heavy snowfall. We contacted Tony for an inspection, and he took the time to thoroughly assess the situation. The inspection revealed several underlying issues from a previous roofing job done about 10 years ago — including missing waterproof underlayment, mold on parts of the roof decking, poorly installed vents, and even ventilation ducts that were not properly connected. These appeared to be long-term issues, which unfortunately meant they were not covered by insurance.

What really stood out to us was that Tony didn’t try to push us to hire him right away. Instead, he encouraged us to reach out to our original contractor first, since the roof was still within the warranty period. That level of honesty and professionalism gave us a lot of trust in him from the very beginning.

We did contact the original contractor, but the experience was disappointing. Without even inspecting the situation in person, they insisted it was not their responsibility. That lack of accountability made it difficult for us to continue working with them.

After that, the decision became very clear for us.

We went back to Tony and his team, and we’re so glad we did. By coincidence, they are also Chinese, which made communication easy, but what truly stood out was their integrity and craftsmanship.

They replaced the damaged roof decking, installed proper underlayment, and upgraded all the ventilation components. Everything was done carefully and transparently, and the whole process felt trustworthy from start to finish.

The biggest surprise? We no longer hear the rain.

For years, we thought it was normal to wake up to the sound of rain hitting the roof. The other day, we only realized it was raining after opening the curtains — and it wasn’t even light rain. It turns out a properly installed roof can be that quiet.

This experience really showed us the importance of quality workmanship. We’re grateful to Tony and his team for restoring not just our roof, but also our peace of mind.

I called Perfect Choice Roofing and they came out, inspected my commercial property roof and gave me a quote on the spot. A week later Tony came & repaired my roof, After the job was completed he sent me pics of their work. (Pics below) I am very happy with their work. And today I received a follow up call from Steve thank you amazing. From customer service to the repairs is great. I definitely recommend Perfect Choice Roofing
