Great Service today. I was in looking at wood to make a sign to put outside for a out door water station for the dogs that walk by. The guy that helped me was great. Very knowledgeable & to the time showing me different pieces of wood. I even got my wood cut to this sizes I wanted. A huge shutout to everybody , even to the other guy , that cut my bigger piece of wood for me. Sorry I didn't get the names.

I drive out from Surrey regularly to check out the horse/farm section and always find something things I need or want. When I'm there I also pick up other stuff from the hardware section that I need. This is the only store in the area that I can find quality draft sized items. I heard they are closing this section and I am so disappointed to hear that! This is one of my favorite places to shop for horse stuff and if they stop having the farm section, I know I won't be visiting this store anymore.

My husband just returned from Rona. Terrible customer service as usual. He purchased gyproc and not one person asked him if he needed help loading. Another customer kindly gave him a hand. Thank you to him. Last time we went, I inquired about a product and the guy said he didn't think they carried that, but there was no follow up, no looking on the website. Just a shrug and walk away. Another time, we purchased ceiling paint and asked to have the can shaken, but when we used it, the same day, it wasn't shaken at all. When we complained, they said nothing, no apologies, no nothing. As we live in Mission, we go to Rona fairly often to support local business, but pretty tired of supporting a business that doesn't seem to care about it's customers.

I have been shopping at FVMS for about 5 years passing through town to a out of town cabin we've been building. Yesterday I was pleasantly impressed. I had a return ( bags of insulation ) . I drove up to the gate. The caucasian girl work said the lot guy was busy but said go inside and make your return so your not waiting around for the lot guy who was busy cutting lumber ( kuddos to her ) . When I came out to leave the lot guy checked my truck to make sure i returned the insulation and signed my receipt off. I was impressed by the profesionalism of these young workers. It's rare to see in todays society. Good work Rona Mission
