I’m not one to put up bad reviews, but I feel like I need to post this to help other people. I placed on online delivery order at 9:55pm. One hour goes by (it’s 10:45pm), which is the amount of time that the tracker gives for an order. I called the store. They state that a door dasher didn’t pick up the order, so the person on the phone said she’d make it and run it to me in 15 minutes. I guess I thought that if I ordered through the app, Papa John’s would have their own delivery drivers to bring the pizza in the first place, but I must be wrong. It’s 11:45pm and still nothing. I drove down to the store, only to find out that my pizza wasn’t even made yet (which does not add up) and that there was a “glitch” with their system so I couldn’t get a refund. Do not recommend ordering delivery. Pick up has always been fine.

I placed my order and usually leave cash tips, however I selected leave at door and didn’t get a chance to leave a tip and actually feel bad. I tried calling to see what I can do but I got voicemail all night. I caught the car as I was coming downstairs so hopefully next time I get the same driver!

The lady working tonight 2/18/26 was working solo and doing a great job to get all the orders completed in a timely manner while answering phone calls. I appreciate her efforts and can tell she was working hard. The pizza was ok.

I placed a large order and difficult to connect with manager to place order - even went at time requested twice and they were not there- was told that my pizza. Oils be taken in DoorDash bags and I would bring back the next morning and when I did pick up two staff members were great but one with long black hair kept complaining in the background - very in process - garlic knots seemed overdone as well as a few of the pizza - was so disappointing and yea I had the bags back right after they opened the next day
