Lumber quality is good.
Delivery is prompt.
Give him drawings and he will calculate and deliver what you need.
Near the end of the job you will have to calculate it yourself.
He takes care of your roof truss design and delivery.
He will wisit your job site on occasion to discus further deliveries.
On very extremely rare occasions he delivers personally.
Frank works hard and I work hard.

straight to the point. no extras or up sell. not for the faint at heart.good selection of house framing lumber,dry wall at below big box prices.plywood and lumber well priced.discounts on insulation.dont look for bells and....
