I have gone to buy some building products for my home on a few occasions. A couple of times they have over charged me quite a bit. The reason I know i was over charged was the online price did not match the price on my bill. I have had to go back to the store to be reimbursed. On one occasion one of staff got a bit cocky with me when i came back for a reimbursement until I put her in her place and showed her where she was wrong. Someone needs to adjust the prices and match online with in store prices.

If I could have given it a zero I would have. I have been shopping there months and months price matching London Rona and getting my VIP discount. Well on Monday I went in , and the new cashier missed my VIP. I went to the service desk where a woman with black hair and glasses told me that I had received it. I told her no, she said yes you did, as the price is lower (without even looking up the products). Again I told her no and again she called me a liar saying I did. I proceeded to tell her that I was just in on Saturday and had the same issue but it was fixed. She said I did not get my discount on Saturday. Like I am crazy or something. She said that if you price match you are ineligible for the VIP discount. I told her that I have been coming for months doing this, she told me I hadn't been, so thats three times she called me a liar. All she had to do from the beginning is pull out the policy and say that the staff had been incorrect with giving me the discount, but no, she chose to try to belittle me in front of the other staff. She is going to destroy that store with that kind of customer service. I will never go to that store ever again. I will pay more elsewhere.
