Dr. Houde earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Montreal in 1994 and went on to complete a Primary Care Residency at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She then received her Master’s Degree in Vision Science from the University of Montreal with Dean’s list of honors.
