I will start by saying that I had extreme reservations about staying overnight for a sleep study. Once I arrived everything was more than just a great experience. The professionalism and dedication to providing a great service was evident, felt, and appreciated. Thank you Jamie!!
I highly recommend if you are considering doing a sleep study this organization is a great option for your service.

My experience with the in-lab sleep titration study was outstanding. Jamie deserves ten stars! The room, set-up and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Jamie went beyond the call of duty.

The three star review reflects 5 stars for Jamie and the lab and one star for the Parkwest Sleep Clinic treatment of outpatients. My initial visit was with Dr. Alsharif and was fine. Subsequently, when the respiratory therapist at United Med told me repeatedly that I needed to call my doctor, I did so, left messages with a clinical staff member and was told she would pass them on to the doctor. I never received a call back. I repeated this with the same result.

My next visit, with Laura Valentine, PA, was brief, brusque, rushed.

The day after my sleep study someone called me back with next steps.But I was left with many questions and no communication about a serious condition. I do not recommend this sleep center.

My sleep study was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was especially appreciative of the kindness and patience Jaime showed me. She made sure I knew what was happening and let me know she was available at any time for help. Thank you, Jaime and staff, for making the experience easy and low stress!

Wonderful place to do a sleep study if you ever need one. Jacqueline was amazing with my time there. She was extremely knowledgeable and got me settled in very quickly. Sleep studies are never fun, but she definitely made it very comfortable.

Everyone with whom I have come into contact at Parkwest Sleep Disorders Center have been exceptional in their care. The sleep center facilities were very good. The bed was Tempurpedic, adjustable - comfortable, but retained body heat. There was a white noise machine and a fan in the room as well. Private bathroom. TV was available, but not used during my visit. I was given a choice of beverages during my stay. Room temperature was customizeable with request. Bring your own pillow to avoid having to use the plastic-covered ones provided. My technician for the evening was Lily and she couldn't have been more delightful!
