The job was good my only concern is that I had just put two new rugs in my vehicle and when the service was done my rug was ruined with grease, my suggestion to them was maybe put things on there boots or put paper car mats down when they get into someone vehicle, plus maybe put rubber gloves on when they get in a vehicle because the cloth interior get grease if they touch the visor, plus my concern is the men’s clothes are all grease. So I’d sure appreciate your concerns on this matter, I had just had my car detailed and after my job was done I felt I needed another one 🥲

Since I moved here from Mass. I have been going to Sean for 2 years for my truck services. Sean is top notch when it comes to customer service. He knows how to take care of the customer and explains everything before. during and throughout the service. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Shawn and all the staff are super amazing and I cannot thank them enough for all they do for me! They got me right in and fixed the issue I was having and they are always very pleasant to talk with and explain the issue. Most of all I love the personal approach whenever i go for service or info. Sean always greets me with my name and patience with me. Really feel like a valued customer. I am a long ways from understanding autos and when things are wrong Sean and the mechanic always takes the time to explain.

Bought winter tires here and a pair of regular tires, the service was nice, they were helpful and the people are kind. The reason for three star though, after touching my car multiple times no one had ever suggested an alignment, which ive apparently needed for some time and now I have to replace two barely a 1 year tires because they are shredded on the inside due to needing an alignment ( which is what i was told at gils was the reason my two back tires are shredded) this happened to my last set of 4 tires which is why i went to Gils in the first, good price greart service, but that was the reason I needed new tires because the others were showing metal and shredded on the inside the same way. Im not a mechanic hence the reason I pay for service. But if you switch tires for studs, then customer returned for regular tires after being told and showed by another shop at an inspection the old tires were showing metal and shredded, someone might have said hey, maybe you need an alignment when they gave me my new tires?
