Great to work with!! Service is top notch, and I never have to worry about a thing! Would recommend them over anyone!

I would be cautious about renting from this management company. We have reported a few issues, the most concerning being water damage due to improperly sealed window and roaches. These issues have still not been addressed almost a month later. There has been abysmal communication from our property manager—we reported these issues 7/27 and had to follow up two more times before receiving a response on 8/10. There has been no other communication from my property manager. I doubt they will be addressed before my lease is up in October. Please be careful when renting from this company.

My experience with this company was good at first before I moved into my property. After I paid my fees and rent, ive had nothing but issues. I’ve tried calling, texting, I even had to call codes within a month of moving in my property. My air has not worked properly since the second week of me moving in the beginning of July. I reported the issue July 20th. Ive yet to have a maintenance representative come out to my home to fix my issue. I also reported an issue with my sink on July 16th. That issue is still open as well. The maintenance and communication with this company is NON existent. I would not refer them to anyone!

Highly impressed with this team. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and problem solving really shine through compared to the competition. Highly recommend this team for your property management needs.

Mitchell at RPM handles my rental in Nashville and he is absolutely wonderful to work with! He communicates clearly and has everything handled before he even reaches out. I feel the pricing is more than fair for the high quality service I receive. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!
