We previously had a great experience with plumber John, which is why we chose to work with Plumb Tite again. Unfortunately, our experience with Sean was disappointing.

One of Sean's tasks was reconnecting the dishwasher plumbing. Before the work, the dishwasher fit properly in the cabinet space. After the work was completed, it no longer fit back into place and was left sticking out, as shown in the attached photo.

Sean initially told me he would have all the necessary parts, but as he was preparing to leave, he informed me that a faucet mounting part was missing. He then said I would need to pay at least an additional $150 for another visit to install it. Had this been mentioned earlier, I could have purchased the part in advance.

We were scheduled for an 8–11 a.m. service window, but work did not begin until around noon. Between 10:00 and 11:30 a.m., much of the time was spent gathering tools, including a trip away from the job site for more than 30 minutes to pick up additional equipment. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, rushed, and below the quality we expected.

Sean's manager and Jack in the office were both very nice. I would consider using Plumb Tite again in the future, but I would not request Sean as the technician.

We had a plumbing issue in a tight spot behind our back deck. Multiple other companies said they couldn't help us without extreme measures, but Will from Plumb Tite came out, found a reasonable solution, and did a thorough job in fixing things. We've had him out again since then and he's professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. He's quite frankly the only plumber I'd want to work with in the future.

The plumbers/tech that I had for my hot water heater installation were great. We did find that night we had a valve that had a small gas leak and my only complaint is that when you call AI answers calls and is not able to transfer to a real person. This is not good customer service when in this situation I had to wait and call back and text the installer. Because by this point I had to wait until 12:30pm to get it fixed. Something like this should be a priority.

I actually had 2 appointments with Ryan K.
1st one to install shut off valves under bathroom sink.
2nd one to replace faucets for that same sink.
What a nice guy, he walked me through everything he was going to do, he was so informative and personable.
I would request him again for future plumbing problems, which I
hope will not happen for a long time.
I truly believe for a company to exist, they have to have good, knowledgable employees and Ryan is one of them.

Had a leak in a faucet and a wet bar in my basement. Wanted to get it fixed quickly and well done. Plumb Tite came and replaced the faucet and then addition I had them put a pressure regulator on my waterline coming in because the water pressure was too high. Great job, reasonably priced, I will use them the next time. I have a need for a plumber.

Just had Plumber Tite back to replace a bad sump pump. Responded quickly and did a great job. These are my go to plumbers. Fair price, quality work, and quick response.
