Federal Law? Never Heard of It.

If you’re a disabled veteran or trauma survivor expecting Morgan Lewis to respect your rights under federal law — don’t hold your breath. Their attorneys were directly involved in suppressing sealed VA suicide trauma evidence in a federal case (Todd v. Derry Township et al., MDPA 1:25-cv-00435), ignored court filings under ADA Title II, and helped a public insurance company (SIGI) evade all accountability.

Instead of protecting civil rights, they circled the wagons and gambled on procedural silence. Their partner John Gisleson and team received sealed suicide documentation and did nothing — no answer, no filing, no humanity.

If your legal strategy involves ignoring disability rights, abetting judicial misconduct, and violating Rule 55 by refusing to appear in court, this is your dream firm. But if you believe in constitutional law, this is a nightmare. They’re not defense attorneys — they’re co-conspirators in civil rights retaliation.
