First time going, around 11am. no one else there. Cashier was also making the food I think, they need more staff. Since my husband and I came at a non busy time we were fine but I can see it getting busy and backed up at other times. Food was really great amount and worth the price, We had 6 wings, japchae and katsu. Very yummy and we left with plenty leftovers to eat!

Everything I've had here has been delicious. The seasoned fries were my favorite but I'm interested in trying the bulgogi fries so I'll be back. A must try!

This was my first time visiting the Bonchon in Farmington Hills. Since it’s a chain, I had a general idea of what to expect, and overall it was a solid experience with a few minor drawbacks.
I stopped in during lunch and ordered the lunch special with boneless wings, French fries, and a fountain drink. The fries were actually excellent—crispy, hot, and probably my favorite part of the meal. The sauce on the boneless wings was delicious and full of flavor, but the chicken itself was a bit more crunchy than I prefer. It felt slightly overcooked for my taste.
I understand that everything seems to be made to order, which I’m totally fine with, but the wait time felt longer than expected for a simple lunch order. Also, while the person who took my order wasn’t rude by any means, he wasn’t very personable either, which took away from the experience just a bit.
That said, there are plenty of other menu items I’d like to come back and try, and I wouldn’t hesitate to give this location another shot. A few small improvements could easily make this a five‑star visit next time.

On a business trip and was hungry for some Korean fried chicken.
Definitely would stay away from this place. Ordered 6piece wings and drum.
First it was under cooked and the batter was still raw and runny, second the wings were size of dinosaur or something where did they get this type of wings?
I called 3 times no answer and 4th time I got hung up. Waited like close to 15-20mins and food was very disappointing.
The guy was on his phone when I came and very dull.
Already disputed with my credit card company.
Stay away from this place.
