Was not allowed to go through the wash because I had a hand truck strapped down in the back of my truck. I went through the trouble of strapping it down 2 months ago so I could go through the washes throughout Tri Cities and not have anything loose in the back of my truck. I use it for my deliveries. The female associate at the Kennedy location lacked customer service skills and would not let me go through even when she could see the ratchet strap holding it down. I will be ending my 4 company vehicle monthly memberships we’ve had for several years. It was convenient until it wasn’t.

Have had the monthly Unlimited Platinum Pass since 2021 honestly, I would be lost without! A well maintained, clean and polished car is a big priority for me, running the car through has become part of my weekly weekend routine, sometimes I'll run through mid-week on the way home.

Mister Car Wash has been great for convenience as well, I have 4 locations within 5-10 mins of my home and daily route to swing in and grab a quick shine! Was great to find locations in Arizona and Utah as well while on a cross-country roadtrip.

If you have a Mister Car Wash near you and you don't have a monthly pass (I pay approx. $32/mth and I can wash as much as I want) then you're wasting your money elsewhere.

Could not have received better service from your attendant Ji this morning at your Richland location off Keene. He was immediately friendly and pleasant in greeting me and listening to my concerns about getting irrigation water scale off my windshield. He was very knowledgeable about the chemistry causing the issue and his suggestions worked. You have a real gem in Ji!

What a great car wash staffed by beautiful women! The place runs like clockwork and everyone was so nice and helpful. Perfect place to keep your ride sparkling. Thank you ladies!

I went to vacuum my car and two minutes after I parked, my truck keys malfunctioned and locked me out! With no phone and keys I immediately panicked. I started walking over to the main office to ask for a phone to use. Kaylee immediately noticed my distress and came running over to me. She offered her phone so I could call for a ride. (I live 30 minutes out so it would be a minute until I was helped.) I was so grateful for letting me use her phone to call, and instead of stopping there- she helped me get my truck unlocked. I couldn’t be more grateful for her incredible customer service and going above and beyond for me. She didn’t have to but she did. I was having a rough day, she helped turn it around. She deserves the biggest kudos!!
