Had an assortment of mechanical and technical issues and was delighted to have them all addressed in an efficient and professional manner.
The proprietor is a very knowledgeable, approachable, nice chap. He articulates his thoughts and assessments well. He considers his answers and advice carefully with the aim of speaking appropriately to the audience ... he communicates well.
I highly recommend Beltran for all your queries related to bafflement and confusion on mechanical/technical matters ... the phrase "trusted adviser" comes to mind.
