I’ve had a great experience at F45 Reynoldstown. The classes are challenging, the coaches are all excellent, and the studio is clean with great equipment. No issues with communication from the studio - quite the opposite. I hadn’t taken a class in a little over a week bc I was traveling, but they checked in on me to make sure I’m sticking to my goals and making the most my membership, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend!

Just finished my 3rd class on this F45 since my original one (Summerhill) closed and every single coach has played the most unmotivated music even after mentioning to one of them. I do love F45 classes and it makes a big difference on how we perform if we are motivated.

I would strongly caution anyone considering joining F45 Reynoldstown.

I’ve been a member at four different F45 locations across three different cities over the last eight years, and this has been the worst experience by far.

I placed my membership on a medical freeze in 2025 due to an injury. I later canceled my membership in person through the studio’s required cancellation form. I have not attended a class since February 2025.

Nearly a year later, I was suddenly charged multiple times. When I asked why, I was told the charges were back pay because my card had declined when my membership allegedly resumed. I confirmed directly with my credit card company that there were no attempted or declined transactions from this studio at that time.

I asked the studio to provide proof of the attempted billing, but they stopped responding. After I disputed the charges, I was charged again.

The workouts themselves can be good, and I’ve had positive experiences at other F45 locations, which makes this even more disappointing. But the billing, communication, and account management at this specific studio have been extremely frustrating. On top of the billing issues, this location was consistently the least clean and least organized F45 I’ve attended, with last-minute class cancellations and coaches no-showing more than I’ve experienced anywhere else.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend signing up here.

Love this fitness studio! I’ve been coming here for 2 years and always get such a great workout. The staff and coaches are excellent and I love the varied classes between cardio, hybrid, and strength. And the free parking is an extra bonus! Great vibes and energy :-)

This gym is awesome. The staff are very nice and the coaches are all excellent. They work with you, motivate you and they correct your forms when doing different exercises. Before i went to la fitness but after coming here to f45 it has made a positive change on me. I think i can never go back to a regular gym. This type of gym program is different, challenging and sometimes gets you out of your comfort box but it is all worth it!
