I’m not the kind of person to ever leave reviews this often but I had to in this case. My dad bought a SIM card from Walmart which is from cricket because a sales representative from the company told us we could do that and the store would activate it for us if we could not do it online. My parents went there today (10/10/26) and the associate working there (between 4pm-5pm probably a young adult woman) charged my parents for a whole another SIM card when they already had purchased one. The associates excuse was that she did not know how to activate it because it had no barcode but the packaging literally has 2 barcodes. To me it feels like lack of training from the associate and scamming my parents to probably meet their daily sales. Don’t let your elderly parents come here alone or they’ll get scam by these people who don’t even try to figure out the solution and honestly represent the company in this kind of manner. I called customer service again today to confirm and they said that there was no reason for them to have not activated the SIM card we bought from Walmart. This is just a a very disappointing experience and I honestly would AVOID this location at all cost or bring a very outspoken person so you don’t get scam by these people.

I just left this store and they have the worse ever customer service. They actually do not know what they are doing. If you can go to another store other than this one please do. Their computers do not work properly and when you use your card it will take your money. Then they will LIE and say they can return your money right back. But that is not the case it actually takes 3 days maybe. The District manager of this store was helpful. I advise him to get smart workers or train them better than they are. They do not know what they are doing
