horrible store. The person who works there doesn't know what he's doing, and then just shrugs their shoulders and says "nothing I can do and nobody can help you." This is the worst cell phone store in South Florida. Stay away!

Had a great experience here for the second time, upgrading my phone. The young lady (Yatneris?) who helped me did a great job and was very accommodating. I’ve been with Cricket for over 10 years and the service and online options have been great!
