Upon moving in I realized the place is infested with cockroaches. The landlord came by and sprayed, but did so without notice. This caused me medical duress as I have emphysema.
The place is in disrepair. In places, it looks like ceiling is coming down. The finish has worn off of bathroom fixtures and bathtub. The kitchen is outdated and UGLY. The smoke detector will randomly go off and the landlord tells me to change the battery when the mechanism is wired with no battery necessary.
When maintenance came to fix these issues he did not actually fix them, but actually caused bigger problems.
Moving out requires several inspections and many unnecessary phone calls (5 in 15 minutes) from the management team disrupting my day.
Parking, including visitor parking, and noise from sirens and traffic are also major issues that need to be considered before moving in here.

Please try to find a different place to live if possible...this apartment complex looks nice and quiet but the hidden problems hit you right away after you move in. They showed us an apartment but the electricity was not on so we could not see a lot of details for example in the bathroom. When we moved in, we realized that the kitchen cupboards were sticky with dirt, the bathroom cabinet was probably painted 6 years ago, the bath tub had mold on it, the windows were dirty. After few days, the toilet plugged up, then the sink, and the maintenance was poor and arrived late. We could smell pot and food all the time that was coming from the corridor. The staff is unprofessional...and when we moved out we let them know that we did not have time to clean the oven (which we didn't even use really) The sent us a bill of $300 with the statement that said they had to do 4 hours (!!!) of cleaning.
Stay away from this company!
