I visited Zaxbys on the 13th and 14th of October 2026 and enjoyed my time there. Logan was the employee that was so friendly and helpful to me on both days. Logan suggested that I can do my surveys to let them know my experience with the restaurant so I was glad to respond. The food was so good, I came back for more.I’ll be back again, thanks Peachie!

This chicken is so burnt. So I called ashley the manager on duty to tell her how burnt my chicken was and I was told I have to drive back up to the store to replace it that is their policy. So I would have to drive 30 minutes and time out of my day to do this. Also our salad was not the salad we ordered. Ashley needs to do a better job at checking the food thats coming out of her kitchen that shes in charge of. She also was very rude and blew me off. This store has gone downhill...... Another customer lost. I wont be back.

Not very pleased with how much lettuce was not in my salad. I said no onions and yet there still in there. Very disappointed. I prob will NOT return. It cost me $36 for a meal I wont even eat. Its too late to go back and have them try again, I have to work early which was why I was grabbing a quick bite. Ive never had such a gross looking salad. I added to it and I still cant eat it. The veggies dont taste suitable for human consumption. 🤢🤮

HIGHLY UPSET!!! went through the drive through and found at cooked fly in my Big Zax Snak. I am overly disappointed and disgusted with my experience at this location.
