So I come in a couple of weeks ago to get on quote on a iPhone 16e. The guy was very professional and told me about $200 if I keep my number. I come back 2 weeks later to get the phone and now theres a young Hispanic kid trying to scam me. I tell him I want the 16e and want to keep my number. I see him grab a case and headphones. He rings up the total but won’t show me the screen and tells me $350. I’m like how show me the screen. After I few minutes he finally shows me that he rung up a bunch of accessories I didn’t ask for. I told him I told want the accessories. He told me it’s a bundle and I have to purchase it. Yea lil homie tried to scam me but I’m definitely not the one!!

I was told by cricket customers service to come to this store location so I can get help. My phone will not allow me to make calls out. So i was advised to come here. I walked in totally calm told the customer service rep my issue. She told me with my issue it's nothing cricket can do. That I have to buy a new phone. I told her I was told to come here to help with the reset issue. The rep started to argue with me. I pulled out my phone when she started being disrespectful. She stated she is calling the police for me recording her. I told her to call them it's my right as a United states citizen to record. She then said I'm telling them you through a phone at me. Now I'm on camera and that never happened so I said call them. I'm reporting you for falsely making a police report that is a felony. She called her supervisor to come to the store and she is not African American and of course she took her side and didn't look at the camera. If you are African American they will disrespect you at this store. It's a race issue going on here and the police just told me to go to another store and they apologize for my mistreatment. I'm pretty sure this is not their real names. But the agent that disrespected, and lied on me name is Mariecla or Mariela that's what the Supervisor Giselle told me. While I was sitting here waiting for the police another African American couple came and they said they never get help at this location so I shared my experience. And they said they thought it was only them. Then I told them the police was called they stated they will never come here again. BLACK PEOPLE ARE NOT RESPECTED AT THIS LOCATION.

This is truly the worst cricket store I've been to, if you need help and you live in the montbello area just go to the Peoria store they are much more helpful and patient!! And be aware of defending your rights as a customer because they can just fire you and insult you!! Awful service I felt so bad since I entered that place just by feeling their attitude
