This is a great place to train! I love the class structures and variety of exercises, but the staff is what makes this place shine. All of the coaches are kind and professional, offering help and support whenever needed. I was not able to continue with them, only due to the location not being convenient for me. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just a warm invite to come back if I wanted to. Try the $7 week trial to see if it is a match for you!

I can’t say enough good things about F45! The studio classes are intense, well structured, and push you to be better every single time you walk in.

Vicky, the owner, truly cares about her clients. You can feel it the moment you step into the studio. She’s present, engaged, and genuinely invested in everyone’s progress — not just physically, but mentally as well. That kind of leadership makes a difference.

Jorge is an outstanding trainer. I’ve attended multiple of his classes and he brings great energy, clear instruction, and the right level of challenge to help you level up. He pushes you, but in a way that makes you want to keep coming back.

Honestly, all the trainers are solid. Great team culture, positive atmosphere, and real accountability.

If you’re serious about your fitness and want to be surrounded by people who care and hold you to a higher standard, this is the place. 💪🔥

Highly recommend.

I absolutely love F45! The coaches are truly amazing—so motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you push through every workout. The energy in the studio is always high, especially with the music—it’s the perfect playlist to keep you moving and focused. Since joining, I’ve felt stronger both physically and mentally. It’s an empowering environment that makes showing up and putting in the work feel exciting. Highly recommend!

I started a month ago and i love working out at F45 training south Elgin! The coaches are great and they motivate you. Also they make sure that you are getting your form right by providing lots of 1:1 guidance. Everyday is a new set of workouts, and the variety is always a fun surprise. I used to work out at Orange theory fitness before, and after completing more than 100 classes, the lack of variety and strength training, left me feeling bored. I also like how balanced the workouts are paced each day at F45 training. The equipment and space is always well maintained, and clean. All in all, I highly recommend this gym!
