The back side of the building needs to be refaced. The ceiling leaked so bad in 2013 they sent up a crew to try to resolve the problems. There was a line blow out to the city water system sometime around 2014 that didn't seem to help with this brown water seeping into the hot water boiler. The hot water taps leak brown water for a up to 10 seconds on full in the bathrooms, easily seen when you come back from a long weekend. They almost in all situations keep your damage deposit to offset the initial move in incentives. If you clean something the current site manager just says, "this need clean-in we use Clean-ors". The doors have been battered and attacked and the key locks as well. Graffiti has been spotted on the back side of the facility once in 2016. The management won't fix much around your place and if they do its a quick temporary fix and if you ask the older plumber to do a better job they almost always look at you with guilt given eyes. The younger man is more appreciative of the work. If you live clean and healthy when you get your annual review the current site manager always has something negative to say to you. I have had threats lately when moving out, that I will owe another 10 days stay if I do not leave early. They do not willingly give you proof when your place is rented out when you give 2 months notice. Which makes you think they didn't rent the place out and will chase after you for the next month while keeping your damage deposit. Again this is how I felt, no proof, which makes you shutter. I would of given the place 3 stars but the current site manager just lies too much and makes the good people want to move out with uncertainty to your face no-less, which doesn't make sense when you stand there knowing its a falsehood, and about any other thing. If I get anything decent back from my damage deposit I will amend this point for you all.
