When she got into the business, she wanted the flexibility to work around a very active school and sports schedule for her three children. She spent 17 years in the mortgage lending side of the business. In 2008, Crystal left the mortgage side and came back into real estate sales, working with a local franchise in sales management with a team of 30 agents in 2 offices.
