I have been coming to this clinic for a long time because I have always been happy with the service. Until my last appointment, I had never had a bad experience.

I contacted the clinic to schedule an appointment, and I was told I could be seen on Monday, August 3, at 4:00 PM. I left work early to make my appointment, but I received a call just 30 minutes before my scheduled time informing me that it had to be canceled and rescheduled for the following day at 7:45 AM. Although the last-minute cancellation was inconvenient, I understood and accepted the new appointment.

The next morning, I checked in before 7:40 AM and waited to be called. During that time, several patients who arrived after me were called in, completed their appointments, and left while I was still waiting. I ended up waiting 55 minutes for an appointment that lasted less than 15 minutes.

When I asked about the delay, I was told that other patients who also had 7:45 AM appointments were seeing different providers. I don’t think that adequately explained why I had to wait nearly an hour. It left me wondering whether my provider was running behind schedule from the start.

I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but if a provider is unable to begin seeing patients on time, I don’t believe patients should be scheduled for the earliest appointment of the day. My time is valuable as well, and I had already adjusted my work schedule the previous day because of the last-minute cancellation.

I hope you will review your scheduling and time management processes so that future patients do not have a similar experience.

The people are the very best you ever could hope to meet. My husband and I are Patients there for several years now.
You can reach out via portal and ask specific questions and they respond. They know you when you get to your appointments. Lab is right there in house.
We are very greatful to have found such caring practice. ❤️❤️

Just changed doctors and chose Dr Carver. My daughter recommended her and I was very pleased with my appointment today. She thoroughly reviewed my history, listened and answered my questions. Didn’t rush and was very patient. Office staff was friendly and quick to respond and pleasant to work with.

My blood samples never made it to the lab. So I was going to have to go back in to give another 6 vials. Then they called to cancel a follow up visit for a critical issue a few hours before the scheduled time. And the earliest availability is a month away. I don't feel this facility can deliver on my health needs.

My first visit was excellent. The checking was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. In the office the nurse was very thorough with my history. Dr. Carver examined my history and made some excellent recommendations for my pain management. I will be returning for blood work to check other aspects of my health.
