Horrible customer service and they are always saying they have people out sick and thats why it takes hours to get a couple tires.

This place was great at getting us in and out. We were traveling with our camper van from Arkansas and leaving the camper in Tulsa before taking it out to Denver. Driving to Tulsa, we noticed a lot of shaking and the back tires looked like they were moving funny. We didn't have time to get it looked at prior to leaving so we set up an appointment for our return. They had everything ready and got started on the van when we dropped it off at 7. Turns out it was good we got them looked at because two were starting to split. That would have really sucked in the middle of nowhere Kansas. We had a little alignment tweak and we were on the road to Denver, not far from our scheduled time. Mizael was more than helpful getting getting us on the road again. Thanks!

What a help! Great customer service…. They care- and it shows. Had a blowout and they answered on the first call- I headed that way and they fixed me right up.. the next week I had a couple more tires and they got me right in with little wait time.. great job to all! I’ll see yall soon

Had worst experience there! Never will go there again, and will not recommend! We Just needed to do an alignment. They told us, In order to do that , we need to renew so many parts, that it will cost me over a thousand $, either though we just fixed main things in other shop, they just don’t do alignments . Ok, fine, we agreed to do that, just to have that alignment done. Guess what…. They did even worse!!! I wish I can post pictures here! I am not a mechanic, you don’t have to be expert to see that. Both front wheel are oblique to each other. You can see that so clearly! And they don’t want to fix it, they said will fix it for extra $.. like for a regular alignment!
So instead of just paying $150 for a regular alignment , we payed over a 16 hundred for all the parts, they did it even worse, and now we also had to buy two new front tires, because of their negligence, previous got bald within 500 miles. Who will compensate that!?! It is just their business! They will make it worse to suck money from you!
