This may be long, but worth it. I started online. The process was easy and caught a flash sale. When I finally arrived, two women were in front of me. The women harassed the clerk for something that was clearly their fault and they knew it. The clerk, a young woman, did everything within her power to help. The patience she had was incredible! She went way beyond superior service, but the women still had attitude. When they realized they had an audience, they backed down.

I gave the clerk a few minutes, because she needed it. Once recovered, she was the brightest star employee anyone could ask for! Her sincere attention to detail was one for the books. My move in was seamless. Area was clean and well lit. Grounds impeccable. I really wish I could remember her name. When I go back to collect my belongings, I will show her this review and make sure management knows they have a gem of an employee!

Lisa was very helpful in assisting me with what I needed. She was also patient while I made my decision. I would easily recommend this location, and especially Lisa, to anyone with storage needs.

She was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was completely satisfied. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Employees like Gianna are the reason customers return—she is a true asset to the company and absolutely deserves recognition. Thank you, Gianna, for going above and beyond!
