For other people who gave bad reviews because the POS machine asked for a tip is ridiculous. Many businesses offer that option now. Skip the tip part or dont eat out. I ordered the Green Goddess salad and it was fresh and tasty. The avocado was cut right in front of me, which i appreciate becuae nothing grosses me out like brown avocado. They were very fast with my order as well. I just gave 4 stars only becuae its in the mall good court, but thats no fault of the business. In fact I appreciated having a healthy option at the food court.

Decided to have lunch at Chopped Leaf on Friday and ordered the Bold Buffalo Wrap. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the portion. There were only about three small pieces of chicken in the entire wrap, and I ended up with more croutons and shredded carrots than anything else. For the price, I expected a much better balance of ingredients and more protein.
I was also frustrated during checkout when I was prompted to leave a tip. While I appreciate tipping for table service, I don't feel the same expectation should apply when ordering at a counter and receiving food prepared in front of me. It felt like there wasn't a straightforward option to decline the tip prompt.
Overall, the quality and value of my meal did not meet my expectations, and the increasing pressure to tip for counter-service experiences is becoming frustrating

This place is great if you like bread a lettuce but don’t expect much of any meat on your wraps. I got the signature wrap, and was very disappointed. They skimped out on the chicken and feta cheese. I felt like every mouthful was bread and lettuce.

I ordered here in person, of course they have a automatic tip promoter, I did not tip because tipping in a food court is beyond ridiculous. The woman behind the counter, said out loud no tip .. after that comment I felt really uneasy eating my meal ,as I could not exactly see how they were preparing it behind the counter ,I will definitely not return to this location ever again .but chopped leaf as a chain is great ,and will continue to be a customer

Terrible quesadillas! Fell apart before eating. Sparse amount of cheese and chicken. My wife ordered cranberry chicken sandwich, again very little chicken and cranberry. Both were VERY DRY meals. I threw quesadilla out as not edible.
