Food is tasty and prices are fair but no matter what time of day you go in, service is always super slow. Hard to get your order taken and drink refills take forever. Count on a significant amout of time to eat here

Our family’s favorite place for pie. My siblings and I don’t like cake, so for our birthdays we prefer pie. After finding this place, many of our family has loved the idea and complimented the pies! The banana and apple is a hit. The cherry is a little sweet for me but is a favorite at home as well. I don’t think there is a pie we haven’t liked lol. Staff at this location was very sweet and friendly. It was quite busy when I came in, but they were super attentive and helpful.

The service was slow, which makes sense given the high number of customers and limited staff. The food was decent; I can't complain. The only issue was the coffee—it's much better at the Yorba Linda location. I don't know if the machine needs fixing or cleaning, but it's so watery and undrinkable. The staff tried to fix it, but even their “strong” coffee was terrible. Please just go to the Yorba Linda location—everything is better there. The bathrooms, food, coffee, and the restaurant are just run down here.

It looks like a little hole in the wall, 412 walk inside it's like going 60 yrs back in history!

The founders opened at the first Kentucky Fried Chicken in OC in 1966, and then went on to develop their own brand the Polly's pies.

Most people in here were over 80, so it's obvious they've been coming here for many many decades.

All of the breads, biscuits, and pies are made right in-house, and they are so so SO good! I never had biscuits this good.

I think once you discover this place, you'll keep coming back.

I think it was only one waitress, but she never picked up the dirty dishes, didn't give a spoon to mix the coffee, and was are mostly in the back, even though there was not much going on here out front and they could have been picking up some of the empty dishes.

I just saw another waitress come in, so maybe she'll offer them more help, since I don't know exactly what the situation is what Staffing

Visiting Polly’s pies for breakfast was a great first time experience. Janet was amazing. She was friendly and attentive. Our breakfast came to the table promptly and still hot. I had the prime rib skillet. It was one of the best I’ve had at any diner. I enjoyed their Mango tea with a side of biscuit and jam. The restaurant seemed that it is kept clean and spacious. I would love to come back for lunch next time.
