Excellent company to work with. They called me immediately to schedule an appointment and had someone on-site in less than 24 hours. The technician diagnosed and remedied the issue in 15 minutes and charged a very reasonable fee.

I highly recommend Brett, of Universal Plumbing & Sewer Services . He fixed the clog that caused serious problems in our toilet, and I felt so relieved after he got everything working again. We woke up on an early Tuesday morning to a bathtub faucet that wouldn't shut off. We reached out to multiple companies but the first we left a message for was Universal. Brett texted me with the hour, understood the urgency, and said they could have someone there by early morning. They got some quick photos and details on the issue, Nate showed up on time, got right to work, sourced out the part needed as efficiently as possible and had the work completed fully by 1030am. They talked us through what they needed to do, what was wrong, and we had a fair invoice the following morning. Would definitely recommend!

Nate replaced ALL the water lines in the whole house in one day! Very clean and professional, Nate did really great work.

Brett answered all of my calls and was very helpful, polite, patient and professional.

Called late evening Brett picked up the phone for sump pump issue. Glad somebody answered phone. He immediately booked an appointment. Technician from company checked sump pump and found issue recommended to change pump. He gave me an estimate on spot and new pump was installed immediately. He had new pump in his vehicle. Happy with service. Will recommend.
