I received exceptional service from my arrival to completion. The staff is very kind and professional. I really appreciated the time and attention they gave to me; the process of the testing, the results of my testing, thorough demonstration(s) including in-depth audio demonstrations and medical explanation regarding the functions. I walked away very confident. Both hearing specialists and the receptionist made me feel like family!!! I am very pleased that I chose Beltone.

I find them extremely professional, kind, and very caring. Julie and Elizabeth at the Gulfport office will help you understand your need for hearing in a scientific and health narrative that is very important to your well being. I encourage anyone with loss of hearing to allow them to take care of you.

The rceptionist that greeted us at front desk was very helpful, polite and sweet. Our time with the Hearing Aid Specialist was well spent. Aside from the thorough testing she performed, she explained clearly what was being tested and the results once once tests were completed.

If you got suckered by their mailed "Public Notice add" thinking you'll be evaluating their hearing aid, don’t bother! Sure...just pay thousands for the hearing aid at time of visit and then you'll have 30 days to evaluate! I personally missed the very fine print in their add stating that a deposit is required. They didn't think it was important to mention how much! And perish the thought of any $20 gift card. Although, in all fairness I think one would get it but only after spending thousands for their hearing aid! Lesson learned...ALLWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT and save yourself a trip!

It was a very positive experience. Julie was so knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. She did not pressure me, but gave me the opportunity to ask questions, make comments, and make my own decisions. I enjoyed working with her and came away feeling much more positive than I expected.
