Went to Andy B’s in Centerton on Friday, Sept 4th around 6pm & ordered an M&M concrete. The guy gave us plain ice cream. We asked if there were any M&M’s in it, he was rude & said there was plenty. I was in shock because there was truly none! When I got home, I threw it away.

We have been to many many Andys and they are great. This one is not. We have been here twice and both times the toppings are light which is NOT normal. Tonight we mentioned it to the staff and they were extremely rude, sassed us and stated they would have to charge us more to get more toppings. I get that the toppings are mixed but we dumped it out at home and there were basically none and they would not let listen. Highly recommend to drive to the one on 1st and Airport, they actually live up to the Andy's name.

Great custard and ice creams but they really need to speed up serving time. It's frustrating to wait for 10 mins to give an order even if there are 2-3 people ahead in line.

I frequent this location because it is closest to me. I lived in Springfield for many years and they definitely serve up quality and know what they are doing there. Of course, their headquarters are located there. Most of the time the Centerton location gets my order correct. They could use some improvement though. Maybe some training in Springfield? I was greatly disappointed as we went tonight nearly 20 minutes before closing and were told that they were out of custard. I cannot even understand how a business completely based on custard is “out of custard”. There were several customers outside eating theirs as we were leaving and 3 vehicles behind us that I assume were also disappointed. I just want an explanation as to how this could happen. If you can’t accommodate your customers, then change your store hours.

Given the option for a special treat, my kids will pick Andy’s Custard 100 times out of 100 every time. No matter how many times we eat there, it’s the same great tasting custard each time. The Centerton location has been our new favorite location to hit up. The line moves quickly, and the workers are always so friendly. If you’ve never had Andy’s before, some of our favorites are the James Brownie Funky Jackhammer or a Cherry Cheesecake Concrete. I also enjoy sticking to the original vanilla cone as well. However, you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
