Zack Cox is the gold standard for insurance agents and someone you can truly trust. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every detail, always giving his honest opinion…even if it doesn't lead to a sale for him.
What has impressed me most is his dedication. I recently moved to a different plan through my husband’s job, yet Zack is still going above and beyond to help me resolve a complicated claim issue with a doctor’s office. Even though I am no longer a current client, he has been instrumental in helping me get this filed and settled. His commitment to people over commissions is rare, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!
