I've tried a few agencies in town, but Clean Machine is the best! When my baby was born, I was overwhelmed, so they sent Heather over on short notice even though I was not scheduled. She is a whirlwind, and made every minute count! I feel I got more than my money's worth, and would recommend Clean Machine to anybody!

Clean Machine has now cleaned my house for the third time and each time has proved to be friendly, thorough, and efficient. They were very careful at the outset to estimate time and note how I wanted different tasks done. Indeed, they asked about things I hadn't considered. They have been absolutely accurate in their estimates of time (person hours, so 2 people X 1.5 hours spent = 3 hours) and the work has been done with great attention to detail. I will be happy to have them back for as long as they wish to keep working here.

WARNING TO SENIORS regarding Clean Machine located at 225 Ferndale Ave, Sudbury, Ontario, P3B 3C2, (705) 675-2663, cleanmachinesudbury@gmail.com. This company did not complete the services that is was hired and paid to do and tried to get more money to come back another day. On April 29 2013 I had arranged for 1 cleaner to come clean my small home & 3 people, including a man, arrived. They cleaned part of the stove, wiped outside the cupboards (the insides were supposed to have been done also), moved food around the fridge to make it looked like it was cleaned, & changed a shower curtain. After 3 hours the cost was already almost $300 & I asked them to stop. I only had $240 & gave it to them because I felt intimidated & afraid. I have repeatedly tried to contact the owner, Beverly Holmes, via email & phone to discuss the situation & she will not respond. I feel this company is a scan & takes advantage of people. I am a senior on a fixed income & do not have the money to fight them.
