we have had 4 or 5 managers leave here in 3 years,,,what does that tell you,,,and yes there mice,theres always mice,,they have to live somewheres too,,,but they poison them and leave the traps full,,and we can smell dead mice smell coming through the vents,,in the hallways..the laundry rooms are filthy most of the time,the machine s stink,and are dirty behind them,,they have cut the hours for the cleaner girl who does try and keep up the hallways,,she is awesome,,i have called coin magic repeatedly about #1 washer which is always broken down and sits here with water in it for weeks at a time,the office does NOTHING to help us with that,,we have homeless people who come in at night and sleep in the hallways,,in d building they poop in the stairwells,,,and we have had the police here for some native people who have moved in,,,when its cheque time ,,its party time,,and then it s police time,,last time it was a 3 hour standoff in the parking lot that lead to their car being towed,,they smoke pot in the hallways,,and other people smoke in our building,,which has a non smoking sticker right on the door,,,they also have moved dogs into our NO DOG building,,and the new neighbours go and leave their dog to bark ,,2 sunday mornings in a row,,,the office does nothing..

Good location but poorly maintained buildings. Mice in buildings during the winters that will keep you awake all night. Don't be fooled by the pretty landscaping.
