I called your store 3 times today, first to inquire about the price of a hot water tank, I was comparing prices, I called a second time to see if you had any on hand which I should have asked the first time I called, no big deal. The third time I called to see if you were open through lunch hour. The response I received from the same person whoever answered all my calls was not very nice. He had to point out that it was my 3rd call, so what if I call you 5 times, do he have to make it seem like he was keeping track and it should not matter how many dam times I call, I should receive the same courtesy as the first call, a simple good day how may I help you, not tell me how many times I called . I had planned on buying 2 hot water tanks from you , but guess what, because I had to be told how many I called and be laughed at for it, you lost my service, I will pay the extra to shop elsewhere. Don't advertise great customer service if this is how you treat them over the phone. I have been a loyal customer for many years and never had to deal with this or any other thing, I have always been taken care of in a professional courteous manner. I tried calling a fourth time to say what I have just what I have just written here and could not get an answer, he probably chuckled at seeing my number for the fourth time. Time to look at who you have working there if you want to keep your loyal customers.
