We thoroughly enjoy having Massey! We have David as our guy and he is wonderful! Dispatch is always super responsive and helpful and it’s made a world of difference having them come out.

Do NOT choose this company. We moved from our home in Florida in Jan. In February I called and paid my final bill and canceled service. Since then I have received multiple calls telling me I owed for March to June. I explained. They said “oh yes we see. It’s noted” repeatedly over and over same call.
Today? I get a certified letter telling me I owe money. I called and talked to Lisa. Very nice but she essentially said the same thing. She was sorry, it’s an oversight, it will be handled.
I reported them for harassment to the Better Business Bureau today as well.
I have NO words for this level of harassment or incompetence. Avoid avoid avoid.

Very happy with Pest Control service from Massey Services Inc. Service provider David has been with us for many years. Very good at helping not to have any issues with pests in the house and outside. Very reliable and polite .

Came upon a truck from this company illegally parked blocking the road. If this is the level of professionalism to expect from this company I would not use them.

We are happy with our services from Massey company. We've been with this company for many years... ,and now we have a lush, beautiful green color healthy lawn, much less weeds, no pests in the house, and working well irrigation system. Whenever a problem occurs we are sure it will be solved in a timely manner and fast. Great company to hire.
