Al Smith explained everything in a way that I could understand. He was knowledgeable about my irrigation and took his time.
He was very pleasant. Massey is lucky to have Al Smith.

Brendon was here to analyze my sprinklers in the backyard of my house. He was here for over 2 hours & mapped the places where there were issues with various elderly sprinkler heads & lines for repair all around the yard. In addition, he checked the attic for squirrels & mice due to interruptions in my siding near the roof in front & back. He explained each item thoroughly & we were able to take advantage of a few offers from Massey & schedule these services over the next few weeks. I am pleased with the progress and hope to have a beautiful corner lot again in a few months, weather permitting.

Branden Webb with Massey was excellent! He performed a thorough inspection of both the attic and the rest of our home, took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, and explained the termite protection options in a way that was easy to understand. He was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Massey for anyone looking for honest, thorough, and exceptional service!

After a year of service with the Massey Landy Lake office and numerous calls to control nutsedge, crabgrass, spotted spurge weeds, and chinch bugs, finally they decited to spraid with a pottent weed killing spray on weeds and killing parts of the lawn in numerous areas shown below in pictures. In some areas I had to intall new sod. They claim that I didn't water properly and a zone wasn't working, if that was the case, then the whole area would have been dead. The sevice they provide was always inconsistent and they let weeds and bugs take over. Thereafter, they decided to add plugs in damaged area where it would take several months to grow and it was not acceptable by the HOA for appearance code. Massey decided not to replace the area with new sod.
