Ask for a sample of the rice before you commit on a to go order. Very hard to enjoy your food when you are attempting to avoid breaking a tooth on the rice. Also every time I go to this location there is nobody ahead of me in line but it takes them 5 minutes to start helping me. Go to a different location or better yet a better restaurant.

Has anyone ever gotten chipotle to-go with NO fork in the bag? This just happened for the 4th time. The food is constantly great! I just can’t eat it until I find a fork. 😐 Please start adding forks to every takeout order.

So this is the second time in a row I have gotten terrible portions. The first time I barely got not even 1/4 of the bowl filled with rice beans and chicken, that was an online order. It didn’t fair much for the burrito I ordered either as it was the size of a small soft shell taco. This time it happened again even though I went inside I asked for double portions of rice and chicken and yet I still got barely any rice and a barely normal portion of chicken. I also had to ask for double chicken on the burrito because, again it was the size of a soft shell taco. I have pictures but they show that the portions I got are not as big as they should be. Edit: my family member found hair in their food, Gross! Also I would like to add I saw an employee get her food and she got massive portions, at least be consistent with all of us!

Cold food. Ordered extra steak, didn't get it.

Edit: was given a coupon to come back and try again. No change in review. Put it for pick up at 630, was clearly ready and sitting long before I got there, stale chips and cold food. This isn't even worth it for free. I have never been so disappointed in a chipotle. This place consistently fails time after time. Avoid this location like the plague. You'll only be disappointed and have to reheat your stale food.

I’ve been a customer to this location since it opened. Initially, it had high standards, but now it’s a bit hit or miss. The food is either underserved or they mess up the ingredients. For instance, I ordered a chicken bowl today and they completely forgot the salsa. However, on other occasions, the food is great. So, it really depends on your luck.
