Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Place was partly empty. It took an hour for our food since there was only 1 cook. We were sweating waiting since the air conditioner wasn't working. There was 1 fan provided for the whole place but not much of a relief. It was uncomfortable & too warm for us to enjoy our meal. Server did the best he can to compensate but management should do better.

Everything was absolutely perfect! My family and I have been regulars here since 2002, and every time we come the food just gets better and better. The friendly servers, warm atmosphere, and delectable dishes truly make Macaroni and Grill one of a kind. This is a must-visit spot whenever you’re in the area. We got the pasta milano and the sole orzo.

I came to Macaroni Grill for a dose of nostalgia, but it wasn't quite as enjoyable as I had hoped...

The staff were friendly enough, but a little slow on the service, despite a pretty light crowd that night.

The general vibe was also a bit sad. The menus were LITERALLY held together with scotch tape, and things generally just felt a bit unkempt.

The food had bright spots, though. The appetizer was fantastic. And my wife's dish was nice.

Unfortunately though, the food had it's problems too. I wasn't able to make it out of the restaurant before having to rush to the bathroom. As much as I hate to say it, I don't think I can really recommend eating here.

Romano’s Macaroni Grill offers up great tasting Italian comfort food.

My personal favorites are the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Lobster Bisque, Gorgonzola Steak, Chicken Marsala, and Grilled Pork Chop Emiliano + Mushroom Risotto.

You will not be disappointed with their extensive menu, full bar options, and family friendly atmosphere.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted, which makes a world of a difference to me. I was sat at my table and greeted again by my waitress. Lauren was very kind, great smile and outstanding customer service. The food choices that she recommended definitely shows she knows her stuff. The food came to the table hot and delicious, my drink was extremely tasty. The atmosphere is still very family oriented which I love. It’s over 5 years since I dine at a Macaroni Grill, only because it’s the place that my sister, nephew and I would eat together. I couldn’t bring myself to eat here after she passed from cancer. Today I couldn’t resist and I wrote this review tears came rolling down my face. Thank you Lauren and Macaroni Grill for the amazing customer service & great memories.

My only concern would be that I wasn’t offer the soup or salad that should have come with the entrée.
