Jorge Colon was our HVAC tech who came out to our home on a near triple digit day. He arrived promptly, and quickly identified the problem. Did he stop there? No. He went on to inspect other components of our HVAC system both inside and outside of our townhome. All were functioning properly and no other contributing factors were part of our problem. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and has superior customer service and people skills. He was simply a delight, a good person and is an asset to his company.

Our AC went out on a Thursday mid day. Wouldn’t turn on at all. Called icomfort Friday morning and they had a technician at the house later that day. Manny was an awesome tech. Was able to get our AC up and running without needing any parts. With other companies they will say you need parts and charge you for things you don’t need not icomfort. Manny saved us from living in the 100 degree heat all weekend! Thanks for the excellent service Manny! I will probably be signing up for a service plan to make sure this does not happen again!!!

We had an excellent experience.. From the initial estimate to the installation, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They communicated clearly throughout the process, arrived on time, and completed the installation efficiently. I am so impressed with Comfort, especially Irene who handled all the scheduling and Angel and Cesar. Angel and Cesar are such impressive young men. Smart, considerate and a pleasure to have in the house. They were so patient in explaining everything they were doing and why and they were really careful to wear shoe protectors and put down tarps under their work area. The guys exceeded my expectations in everyway.Really appreciate the great service. I have two kids with houses of their own who will be calling Irene to get on a maintenance contract as well.
