You make false statements and don't reveal your identity which proves you have no integrity. If you had bedbugs you brought them with you. Parts of deposits are only held back if the units are not clean enough for a new tenant to move in. There is an in and out inspection sheet to be signed by the tenant when moving in and out. If the unit wasn't up to par you should have said something at that time not on here because you are not a clean person. As I stated earlier if you can get on here and make false statements, you should have the courage to make your identity available so everyone can see what a vindictive liar looks like. I pity your current landlord when you move out then you will be on here again. Take a minute and look in the mirror and you too will see the miserable person that you are. This apartment building is a very crappy place. It is infested by bed bugs. Moreover Wayne Russell (the apartment manager) and his wife are thieves. They will fill up the inventory checklist for you but not take any responsibility to clean your unit before you move in. When you move out of your unit, they will inspect it and claim that it was dirty although you had spent a few hours cleaning it. Then they will threaten to withhold your security deposit unless you agree to their offer to clean your unit for a fee of $60.
