Great place to live until the new owners decided to price gouge its current tenants. Rent will be raised over $600. Plus all tenants (regardless of how long they've been there.) are being forced to pay another deposit of $1200. About 60% of current tenants are on a fixed income.. Wright Equities Shame on you!
(Update) A year after I posted this review I've received word that all current tenants that live here will be Evicted within the next 6 to 8 months so they can remodel and increase rent Wright equities is giving no eviction warnings. All current tenants will be advised with the next week to decide how to react with media outreach and legal action
