Lena has been doing my nail refills over the past 5 months & she does do an excellent job. If there is ever a problem between refills she is always willing to fix the problem. She also does an excellent job waxing my eyebrows & upper lip. All of the staff at Top Queen Nails are very friendly & make you feel very welcome.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I have to warn anyone who may go to this salon. WORST NAIL SALON IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They completely destroyed my nails. I went in to have a set of bio gel nails removed and the guy proceeded to take them off as if they were acrylics. He tried prying them off with a false nail and literally ripped off layers of my nails. Then he tried to soak them, THEN he started to file them off. If anyone knows bio gel.. They can't be ripped off as the gel adheres to the natural nail and will take the natural nail with it. They MUST be filed off. I don't know why I didn't stop him but now my nails are destroyed. They really should educate themselves because now I have to live with painful brittle nails till they grow out. Worst salon in Toronto by far!

I had a great first experience at this salon. Second one not so good. Very unorganized. Lynn did my nails and it was the worst manicure I ever had. Very distracted trying to do my nails and running the salon. I think Lynn should leave the work to the other ladies who do their jobs very well. The polish cracked and one nail broke. I asked for a special manicure for my sister's wedding and my nails were a mess. Ann did a fabulous job on my toes.

You get what you paid for. Cleanliness is definitely not a paramount at this place. But, yes, it is cheap.
