Took my schnauzer in there for a grooming appointment. My regular groomer called and stated she was not going to be able to cut him and if it was alright for this other lady to groom him. I stated ok, thinking well it will be ok. Well it wasn't ok. Joy jacked him up. He looks nothing like a schnauzer. I told Joy to cut him some eyebrows. He has none. She cut all his hair off his forehead. Sometimes I get the teddy bear cut around his face. Didn't look nothing like a teddy bear either. Joy cut all his hair off his face. No beard and no mustache, no eyebrows. She said he was a little matted in his beard but she didnt have to cut him like that. Left a patch of hair on his head that's uneven. Got him looking like an ostrich. Cut all the hair off his ears and I told her to leave some of the hair on the tips of his ears. She cut it all off. He looks a complete mess. Joy didn't even try to make the dog look decent. Now I have to travel out of town with this dog jacked up. I am very upset about it and when my daughter sees him, she is going to be angry. Petsense train your people a little better than this.

Alex&Jayci, did such a good job with our dogs Gus & Daisy. We couldn’t believe they were able to do everything, not able to do that at home. Gus and Daisy looked so good and smelled wonderful. We will definitely bring Gus and Daisy back. Best experience ever!!! Thank you Alex and Jayce you both are so kind and we’re so good to Gus &Daisy

We adopted this cat a couple days ago and she’s already starting to show her personality and warm up to the family. The employees were all really nice and helpful the entire time we were there. I hope they read their reviews and see how well Muffin is doing.
