I'm an existing customer. I spent hours on line and calling customer service.
All I wanted was a September statement.
The best they could do is mail it.
Could not fix on line problem. If I ever need another statement, I will have to go through the same BS

Day 6 of no access to my any of my 5 accounts, including my 2 business accounts. Depositing a life insurance check in 1 account should not lock all accounts. Saying it could be up to 14 days before you unlock my accounts is crazy. Im 3000 miles from home. All my bills are bouncing. House payment, insurance, electricity, all bounced because I am under security review. Do not use fidelity, this will happen to you.

Walked in to gain a print out of a 1099R that should have been mailed to me by January 31st. Still waiting for a simple print out in April. No direct number to speak to lobby guy who gave false claims. Nothing to hold him accountable for rhetoric.
