She is qualified to meet the unique needs for children, through all of their developmental stages, as they grow and mature. Dr. Tolly has experience treating children of all ages and has been practicing for over 18 years. Her goal is to serve as a resource for her patients and be accessible to their parents. I make sure to take the time to listen and be a partner in their health care.” Dr. Tolly attended University of California, Irvine for her undergraduate schooling and St. Louis University for medical school. Upon graduation from medical school, she completed her residency at Harbor/UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California. She stayed on at Harbor/UCLA Medical Center as Chief Resident of Pediatrics. She is currently a member and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
