I didn’t know what to expect walking into this workshop, but I was pleasantly surprised with what I got out of it. Jess is a fantastic presenter. Her demeanor put us all at ease and encouraged us to open up and participate. She was able to help us identify our shortcomings without making it feel judgy, and provided constructive feedback in a way that felt genuine, personal, and actionable.

The thing I appreciated most about this workshop, was that it wasn’t limited to what we typically think of as a presentation. It really addressed how we show up in all professional settings. Jess provided refreshing perspective on how establishing trust and confidence through voice and body language can lead to credibility and open doors that we aren’t even aware of. I believe that I will reflect back and draw from this workshop as I progress through my career in future years.

Leron Barnes did an outstanding job leading this workshop. His energy, enthusiasm, and passion kept everyone engaged from start to finish and made the material easy to understand and follow. He didn’t just teach me how to give a better presentation—he gave me practical skills and the confidence to communicate more effectively in both my personal and professional life. Josh Aaron was my trainer at the Irvine location. I highly recommend this course. Josh did a phenomenal job engaging the entire class, providing great information, and structuring the class so everyone is included in a stress free environment. Mistakes will be made, but everyone will learn how to identify them, correct them, and practice their weaknesses when it comes to public speaking. I look forward to future training, great class!

I attended the 2 day public speaking training with Josh. He was an amazing instructor and made us feel welcome the moment we stepped in the door. I really loved how he had us focusing on the positives of each speech. It was a safe space for everyone to grow no matter where they were in their public speaking journey! The amount I learned was truly invaluable and I have so many pieces of knowledge to take with me not only for presentations, but everyday conversations as well. I will be recommending this workshop to my coworkers. This workshop was amazing, I would 1000% recommend!!

I just finished a 2 day training with Jess. She was AWESOME with our group of 12. She kept us all engaged both days and she had unique way of helping to ease your nervousness. I’ve always struggled with speaking in front of a crowd but I can honestly say that I ended the training feeling much more confident. I plan to continue to use the techniques she taught to completely overcome public speaking. Thank you Jess!
