Got an appointment within 24 hours. My insurance uses them. Windshield looks great, they have the tools and tech to work with today's windshields. The guys are nice and my car was returned in great condition.

Honestly, I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here. Booking and confirming online were both simple processes. I was greeted so positively as soon as I walked in. They put in extra effort to get me the best possible price, were spot on about the timing estimate, were forthcoming and informative about the process, and even found and fixed an additional blemish I hadn’t even noticed. The place was clean and organized, and every employee I met was kind and professional. Great experience!

Justin and Rick were FANTASTIC. I called the call center and they had just told me I had to get this whole package and when I got there expecting an argument or sales pitch when I asked for just the repair, and they just said “Sure!”. They looked at my windshield told me what they would do if it were their car and it ended up being less than I was expecting to do. They were extremely friendly and even offered to put on the new wiper blades I had in the car without charging me. Oh and they got the whole repair covered by insurance and my deductible waived. I was in and out in 20 mins and didn’t have to pay a dime. 10/10 experience, will definitely be using these guys moving forward.

We were very pleased with our recent experience with Safelite. We needed a full windshield replacement. The majority of the cost was covered by our auto insurance thankfully. We only had to pay for our deductible. We were able to schedule within a reasonable amount of time and I did need to reschedule once. Both processes were very easy. Our RAV4 was completed sooner than expected. Communication was excellent throughout the process. We were given additional instructions for its care in the days following and have had no problems. Wouldn't hesitate dealing with them in the future.
