My unit has 102year old carpet. It has never been painted. The kitchen and bathroom cupboards are old and decrepit, the kitchen counter is badly used. There is still a water mark across the living room ceiling from 5 years ago. The grass is left to die all summer, It isn't watered since our new 'Superintendent" replaced Norm. The grass isn't cut on a regular basis. Cut onlty once all last year. But then again the grass is almost dead anyway. The snow is not removed from the sidewalks. There are elderly people living here, One man had surgery on his knee and hasd to walk to his car on icy sidewalks all winter. The road has never been plowed all winter. It use to be such a well kept idyllic little spot but not any longer. But if Chris doesn't spend any money keeping the place up he makes a bigger bonus from his Chinese slum lords.

behind this slumfest. There is no contact for
anyone for maintenance issues and rent is sent
to an anonymous email. Chris, the property

tenants here with black mold, water running
down their walls and through their floors
because of a roof that is literally rotting. l've
contacted the health department recently as

It's located right outside fish creek, it's safe and quiet area, and there are lot's of friendly deers that wander in the evening and it's very peaceful. The whole area gives off a very cozy feeling, the outside interior of the buildings are gorgeous, there are plenty of trees around for privacy, The washer and dryer work great, and bathroom is newly renovated and 75% in good condition, so naturally, it’s not cheap to live here at all. And the carpets though are definitely at least 15 years old.

Repairs do not get done, manager only ,can not contact owners, as we do not now who they are.nWe have wood burning fireplaces that we have not been able to use since November 2015. nA lot of tenants have been living with water damage for up to 5 years. nnnBEWARE
