Justin, our server, was great! He took our orders without writing any of it down. Memorized it and got it correct. Impressive! We had 5 entrees with different cooking temperatures, 3 appetizers and 3 desserts. Justin provided sharing plates without us having to ask. He was very soft spoken. Wished he could had spoken louder because it was a bit loud in the restaurant.
Earl, the manager, was very courteous and helpful with our loyalty card issues.
Overall, we had a wonderful evening. Thank you.

Houlihans is our traditional go to restaurant for all our birthdays. Never disappoints. Yesterday was no exception. Our server, Earl, by far the best server ever. No need for a pen and notepad to take our orders. He remembered every detail, even as we switched up our orders midway.
Excellent service start to finish. Our food was delicious and nicely portioned.
On a side note: we had a $25 coupon that expired in January. Taking a chance, my husband took it anyway and was redeemed with a smile and a birthday card to boot. As always, the manager went by every table to greet the diners. Great atmosphere.

The food is fresh with the perfect size portions. The shrooms and chicken tenders are usually my go-to during happy hour. My favorite bartender, Joe, always brings me my glass of seltzer with lime within seconds after I sit down, and always greets us with a big smile and a hello. He then follows that up with my choice of a martini, cocktail or wine.
I specifically go on the days that Joe is working so I can enjoy first-class, top-notch service!

Myself, my brother and my Mom went to the Holmdel Houlihan's location on Tuesday July 7th for my Mom's 70 birthday. First and foremost I have to shout out our waiter Earl, he was fantastic! He was funny, helpful, passionate and overall lovely to be around! Even when they didn't have partially what my mom ordered for her entree Earl offered an abundance of alternate substitutions and as I stated before was super helpful! The food was great, the experience was great and the overall vibe of the restaurant was fun! My mom and enjoyed herself and had a great time! I've been to this location numerous times over the years and it's always been a great time and I'll always make it a point to come to this location when I can. Thank you for the experience!
